Boarding School for the Mythical

Tabitha:

I went to the door and peaked outside. I drew in a soft breath when I saw the floors. “They’re beautiful.” I said with a smile as I brought them in to put on the table. “Though I should be the one getting you something, after last night..”

Sphinx:

"If you want to get me something, be my guest Tabitha." I said with a soft chuckle as I went back to my omlete.

Sphinx:

"Mmm, mmhmm." I replied around a mouthful of food.

Tabitha:

 

“See ya” I said softly before hanging up.  I cleaned up the living room quickly before going to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed.  Shade followed me in.

Sphinx:

I focused on eating, wanting to finish my meal so I could shower and get dressed. 

Vivian:

A few hours after Velaric had gone to sleep, I had left my room, basically sleepwalking.  I then curled up at the foot of his bed, hugging onto his shirt as I curled up into a ball.

Tabitha:

I dressed in a halter top and light shorts before I went to the kitchen to make myself something to eat. Shade stayed close to me the entire time seeming to not want to leave my side.

Velaric:

I remembered waking up to see the girl come into my room, but I was in that state where I couldn’t really move or do anything. I was dragged under by dreams again soon after. Images of her neck exposed, her hair pulled to one side, or her wrist hanging casually filled my dreams. Blood was a common theme in my dreams but usually it didn’t have a face to go with it.

Vivian:

I snuggled closer, laying partly on his legs now.

((Velaric isn't going to wake up until night..))

Vivian:

Eventually I just moved up to lay my head on his chest, my hands and arms still hugging and clutching at the shirt I had taken. I drifted in and out of dreams at this point.

Sphinx:

I stepped out of the shower, and dried off before padding across the hall to my room where I closed the door and changed inside.

Tabitha:

I curled up on the couch waiting for Sphinx with Shade curled up in my lap. I stroked his silky soft fur gently.

Sphinx:

It took me a bit but soon I was knocking on Tabitha's door, my hands fidgeting together behind my back.

Tabitha:

I set Shade gently on the cushion next to me and got to my feet. After slipping on my shoes I answered to door. A smile spread over my lips the instant I saw him.

I saw her smile and one of my own spread across my face, my tail giving a happy wiggle.

Tabitha:

I felt a cold little nose press against my calf and then a small fury body move between my legs. I looked down at Shade then up to Sphinx. “I don’t suppose he could come with us? He’s been clingy all day..”

Sphinx:

"Sure, I don't mind." I said, kneeling down to pick up Shade from between her legs.

Tabitha:

I smiled and stepped forward to kiss Shade’s head then gave Sphinx a quick kiss.

Sphinx:

I couldn't help but chuckle and whisper loud enough to be heard by Tabitha to Shade, "Yep, you are definitely her favorite."

Of course he was her favorite, Shade thought dismissively, there was never any doubt. His girl laughed while she turned to lock the door. Shade tolerated being held, but he would rather have been in her arms.

Sphinx:

I smiled at Tabitha, and lifted Shade higher so I could set him on my shoulder, while I did that I took Tabitha's hand in my own. I leaned forward to give her a quick kiss before gently pulling her along.

Tabitha:

I smiled happily and held onto him as we walked. “So where are we going?” I asked curiously, looking up at his face as I spoke.

Sphinx:

"Uh....its a surprise!" I said evasively, glancing at her.

Tabitha:

“Is it really?” I asked, narrowing my eyes playfully. “Do you even know where we’re going?”
