I chuckled softly, "It could be, but as far as I am aware I don't drool..." I trailed off as I waited for her to supply the answer.

Ira:

I shrugged then paused for a moment. “You drool tons.” I said with a nod. In all honesty, I had no idea. I was a heavy sleeper, and he was usually the one to wake up first, or in the night.

I chuckled softly, "Then I drool only to drown you back Ira."

Ira:

I rolled my eyes and sighed but flopped down next to him with a happy smile. “Fine.” I said softy, nuzzling his arm to get it around me.

I set my arm around her and held her close. "I realize you probably had dinner, but any thoughts on dessert?"

Ira:

“I had dessert too.” I said with a soft smile as I put my arm around his chest. “Sorry, Aline had cookies.”

I shook my head, "It's not a problem. I was going to get something if you hadn't." I traced patterns on her back, shapes and letters with no real purpose or reason behind them.

Ira:

“You can get something for yourself, and I might have a little.” I suggested, reaching up to smooth his hair back.

I took a moment to consider then reached into the shadows and drew out a slice of cake. "There we go." I said as I eyed the molten chocolate cake.

Ira:

I grinned up at him. “You’re so cute.” I said affectionately and leaned up to kiss his jaw line.

I chuckled softly before taking a bite out of my plate. "Perhaps, but you are more attractive."

Ira:

I shook my head. “No I’m not. I may be pretty in a way, but I’m so pale, people don’t notice me. People notice your looks.” I said softly.

I held up a hand that had drippings of the liquid chocolate in the center of the piece of cake. I licked off the chocolate as I intoned her measurements. Cup size, clothe size, the things that any guy would take notice of her when looking at her. I had been moving her bra's around enough when she left them laying around to know that, and the clothes as well.

Ira:

“Just because you notice those things doesn’t mean others do. But it doesn’t matter. I’m happy as long as you think I’m pretty.” I said quietly into his shoulder.

"I do, because you are...but...people notice my looks?" I asked, my head lifting slightly so I could look at her awkwardly.

Ira:

“You’re very attractive. I noticed when I first met you. Also you were nice to me and that helped.” I told him looking up to his eyes.

"Ah so by people you meant me. Fair enough." I focused my eyes onto hers a soft look on my face.

Ira:

I squinted at him. “Well you’ve had no problem getting girls. I think that says enough.” I said quietly, looking back down.

"Getting girls? I have dated two. One is currently snuggling up against me and I fear she might hit me with a pillow if I mention her drooling again...oops...anyway, at the facility I was locked in a cell alone for much of it. Only coming out to perform jobs required of me." I turned my head to look at the ceiling, the cake only half eaten, forgotten.

Ira:

My eyebrows raised in surprise. "You've only been with me and Jemma?" I asked. We had never talked about it. Our relationship together had been both of us trying to forget our past, not talk about it. And who we've been with never came up.

"Yeah. After my sister's....death. I had to keep away from people for a long time. If I let them too close I would consume them. So I pushed most people away." I remarked absently my eyes searching the ceiling as if it held the answers.

Ira:

“What changed?” I asked, shifting a little. I wasn’t sure I wanted to know the answer.

"My brother died and I gained Kage. He helped me channel my powers." I said with an absent shrug.

Ira:

“Oh.” I said softly. “And then you met Jemma?” I asked softly.

"I was sent to find Jemma. I was to be a spy in her group because of my connection and looks of Michael." I told her, my eye sliding closed.
