hm weird me....hell yes (open)

Jemma:

I would have smiled ordinarily, but I was emotionally drained from the past two days.  “I’m serious.”  I said quietly.  My life was next to over if I couldn’t fly.  I really would go insane.  

Jemma:

“I guess.”  I said dully.  I put and arm over my face and let out a soft sigh. 

Jemma:

“I think I’m going to try to rest some more.”  I said after a long moment of silence.  I didn’t feel especially tired, but I thought he would feel better if he thought I was going to sleep. 

Adam:

I was sitting on the couch, like I had been for the past several hours.  I hadn’t been able to sleep after I had helped Jemma last night.    

Jemma:

“I’d like to be alone for a little while…  Just, don’t go too far.”  I mumbled the last part.  I didn’t want to seem weak, but I also was still afraid that he would leave.  

Adam:

I heard Alex come out of her room and looked up.  “Is she okay?”  I asked.  I had known that last night had been a nightmare for her, that she hadn’t been awake for any of it.  She had wanted me there with her only because she was in the past.  Still, it had stung when she called for him and not me.  

Adam:

“That it?”  I asked.  He had been in there for nearly an hour, I knew that wasn’t all that had happened.  

Adam:

I looked at him.  “What do you mean?”  I asked, but I couldn’t hold his gaze.  She must have told him everything that had happened between us.  He wasn’t looking at me the same now.  

Adam:

I cringed.  “Wait- You Know I wasn’t in my right mind, don’t you?  I’m not the same now.  This is me, who I truly am, who I was meant to be.  It kills me that I’ve hurt her, it absolutely kills me to think of all the things I did to her.  But I was driven insane by my powers.  It was something I couldn’t help.  I would do anything to take back what I ‘ve done.  I would do anything for her.”

Adam:

I nodded.  “I know.  But having heard what she told you, do you honestly think she’ll listen?  Do you honestly think she would care?”    

Adam:

Of course he was.  I was disappointed.  I was beyond disappointed.  I hated myself.  There was no way could go in there and talk to her, and apologize.  She would probably scream at me to get out before I even had the chance. 

Kai:

I slept next to Kat.  She had yet to wake up, though I hadn’t been awake much either.  It had been a day and a half since we left the old school.  The girl who got us out –Danny- had said she could help Kat.  She transported us to a little shack and helped me get Kat set up in bed.  Then she used the crystals that I had seen at the school, she pierced them into Kat’s arms at the crook of her elbow on both sides.  She said it would take a day for it to fully revive her, and that she would have to keep using it  to stay alive.  But it would save her.  I didn’t question it, I was desperate at this point, and if Kat didn’t make it, well, we would go together.

Kai:

I had my head resting on her shoulder as I slept, with my arm thrown across her chest.  I didn’t wake up even with her stirring.
